Luca and Matty, childhood friends bound by a profound love for design, laid the foundation for Workshop after successfully building their first business. This experience instilled in them a deep respect for customers, a thirst for challenge, and an unwavering commitment to excellence — a philosophy that "good" is never good enough.

Transitioning from building furniture in their garage to working in hospitality for over a decade, Luca and Matty set their sights on innovation within the pinnacle of furniture manufacturing — hospitality. Recognizing the need for established manufacturing partners, the team met Marc and Ely on a spontaneous trip to Las Vegas and were immediately taken by their 60+ years of contract manufacturing experience. Within a few months, Workshop was born.
